VIDEO: Bee Attack Outside Haryana Civil Secretariat In Chandigarh; 6 Injured, 1 Critical

At least six people were injured in a bee swarm attack at the Haryana Civil Secretariat in Chandigarh on Tuesday. Among the injured are two personnel of the Central Industrial Security Force (CSIF).

Chandigarh: At least six people were injured in a bee swarm attack at the Haryana Civil Secretariat in Chandigarh on Tuesday. Among the injured are two personnel of the Central Industrial Security Force (CSIF). The condition of one of the injured security personnel is reported to be critical.

According to reports, the seriously injured CISF personnel has been shifted to a hospital in an ambulance. Meanwhile, others went inside the secretariat. The incident took place at around 1 pm on Tuesday at the main entry gate of the Secretariat. The incident was captured on camera and soon the video started doing rounds on social media.

Chaos erupted outside the Secretariat. In the video clip, CISF personnel could be seen protecting an official by brushing bees off with their jackets. Later, the official managed to escape in his car.

Last week, a 44-year-old man died after a swarm of bees attacked a group of tourists at Karnala Bird Sanctuary in Maharashtra's Navi Mumbai on Saturday. Meanwhile, seven others sustained injuries.
