Rajasthan BJP expels Vasundhara Raje's loyalist Rohitashav Sharma for 6 years

Jaipur: The Rajasthan BJP has expelled former minister Rohitashav Sharma for 6 years from the primary membership of the party. He was given a show cause notice for his arbitrary statements against the party. Sharma is considered to be a loyalist of former CM Vasundhara Raje and it is believed that this action of the party may trigger political in fight in the party.

Rohitashav Shrama was a minister in Vasundhara Raje’s first tenure and is one of those leaders who are claiming that party has no alternative of Raje in Rajasthan. He was continuously targeting the party’s state leadership and his statements were considered against the party line. He was given a show cause notice on June 24th and his reply was sent to the disciplinary committee of the party. On the recommendations of the committee the party president Satish Poonia expelled Sharma from the party for 6 years.
