International Yoga Day 2021: Kaivalyadhama, one of the oldest institutes, to introduce online yoga program

One of the oldest yoga institutes, Kaivalyadhama is all set to offer it’s 97 years of knowledge by introducing an online yoga program, Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) Appreciation Course. This self-paced course is completely complimentary for all the youths who wish to enhance themselves not just physically but mentally. In collaboration with HSNC University Mumbai, University of Mumbai, & HSNC Board, the program aims to reach a large number of people to improve the overall lifestyle, especially of the youths by practising yoga on a daily basis.

The course is developed by the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India with the support of eminent traditions in India. The effort was to synthesize the commonalities to offer the world a protocol for practice which is scientific, simple and could relay the essence of Yoga.

Kaivalyadhama is rooted deep into the traditions of yoga and has been changing the lives of millions of people in India and across the globe. For the past 97 years, the practice of Yoga has been preserved and promoted in its traditional form by eminent Yoga Masters. Certified by The Ministry of Ayush, the art of traditional yoga is being spread to people across India with centers at Lonavla, Mumbai, New Delhi, Jaipur, Rajkot and Bhopal. Kaivalyadhama is also taking traditional yoga to the world through its work in USA, China, France and Japan.

The institute offers a variety of online and offline courses and conducts workshops which helps the individual with multiple health benefits and provides immense knowledge on traditional yoga.

Commenting on the launch of the CYP Appreciation Course, Shri Subodh Tiwari, CEO says, “Looking at the ongoing situation around the world, a lot of people are working from home, The Common Yoga Protocol Appreciation Course integrates various traditions of Yoga and presents a simple yet purest form of Yoga practices to the young minds. Developed by the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, we target to offer this course to 1 Lakh young beneficiaries in the month of June. With 14 topics taken up in this course, we focus on making Yoga a daily practice for the young generation.”
