The frustrated youth platform in Nagaland was formed in 2025 and started to work since February, 2026 much before the formation of Cockroach Janata Party( CJI).

Describing itself as a non-political and non-tribal initiative, the movement adopted a memorandum and a mass resolution calling for an early and honourable settlement of the Naga political issue said Fed Up Nagas leaders Kuhoto Naga.

Senior-most former NSCN (I-M) leader and Working Committee member of the Naga National Political Groups (NNPGs), Kitovi Zhimomi, said all competencies under the negotiated agreement had already been finalised and placed in the public domain, leaving "nothing more to negotiate".

He appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to take a decisive political call and implement the agreement, asserting that the people of Nagaland were prepared to accept the final settlement.

Addressing the gathering, Zhimomi said the Naga Framework Agreement, signed on August 3, 2015, between the Government of India and the NSCN (I-M), and the Agreed Position signed with the NNPGs had remained unimplemented despite years of negotiations.

The organisers maintained that the movement had no links with any political party and was not aligned with any socio-political group. They said the initiative had emerged from growing frustration among Naga youths over the prolonged delay in resolving the political issue.

In a statement, the organisers said decades of conflict, uncertainty and prolonged negotiations had created social, economic and moral challenges in Naga society. The movement said it was not seeking fresh agreements or further negotiations, but was demanding a time-bound implementation of the agreements already signed with Naga groups and the Government of India said convenor Ninoto Naga.
