Raipur: Four minors have reportedly escaped from the Mana Juvenile Correction Home in Raipur. Despite the child care home not lodged any police complaint, police suo motto taking cognizance of the matter started its operation to search the escaped minors.
Sources informed that the minors escaped the child care home around 8.30 pm on Tuesday
However, such escape has again put the administration and monitoring of Mana Child Care home under scanner. Earlier also such incidents occurred.
As per information received, around 8 months ago, 10 minors escaped from this child care home. The minors first broke the window grill of the room and then escaped by climbing the wall. Many of these minors were allegedly accused to be involved in serious crimes like murder and rape.
However, again repetition of the similar incident raised the eyebrows across the society. People questioned the security arrangement and the administration. However, in the case, the child care home has not made any official statement till the report was filed.
