Kolkata: State Panchayat minister Dilip Ghosh tries his luck in singing, records a song on ‘Jhalmuri’.
Ghosh who has been in the headlines always for controversial comments, on Monday after his morning walk visited a recording studio near Chinar Park and recorded a song on ‘Jhalmuri’ along with vocal artists Lokesh Giri.
Jhalmuri, a Bengali snack came into limelight after Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a brief stopover at a roadside jhalmuri stall in Bengal’s Jhargram district during the assembly election campaign.

Incidentally, Jhalmuri was served to people at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters in the national capital on May 4 when BJP came to power in Bengal.
