Bengaluru: A shocking incident has come to light from Bengaluru. A 37-year-old man has filed a complaint against his wife, accusing her of harassment, sexual misconduct, cheating, and forced eviction from his house, according to India Today.
According to a complaint filed with the police, the man alleged that his wife subjected him to what he described as “sexual torture”. He claimed that she forced him into unnatural sexual acts and pressured him to engage in physical relations involving one of her friends.
In the complaint, he also accused his wife of sending him obscene videos and pressuring him to replicate such acts.
Besides, the man stated that his wife admitted to having extramarital affairs with her ex-boyfriends.
According to the FIR, registered on 17 March 2026, the alleged offences took place over a period of two years, from 4 March 2022 to 24 September 2024.
The complaint stated that a family mediation was held on 4 July 2024 in an attempt to resolve the dispute, but the alleged harassment continued thereafter. He was allegedly thrown out of the house on 24 September 2024.
He also alleged that cash amounting to Rs 1.87 lakh, gold and silver ornaments, including a choker weighing 44 grams, a 35-gram gold chain, an 18-gram gold bracelet, and an 11-gram gold ring, personal documents including his passport and educational certificates, and several household items remain in the house and have been unlawfully withheld.
The man has now sought police intervention to recover his belongings and initiate legal action against the accused.
Police Action
Police have registered a case based on the complaint and said an investigation is underway.
The case has been registered under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, including provisions related to criminal intimidation, wrongful restraint, criminal breach of trust, and other offences.
