Actress Hina Khan broke down while praising her husband Rocky Jaiswal and opening up about how he stood beside her when she was battling breast cancer. Hina and Rocky are currently seen in the reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga with other celebrity couples as contestants.
One of the latest promos of Pati Patni Aur Panga shows Hina breaking down as she recalled Rocky looking after her when she was undergoing chemotherapy for Stage 3 breast cancer.
In the promo shared by the makers, Hina is heard saying, "Yeh mere liye bahot karta hai. Aap jab bahot emotional journey se guzar rahe hote ho toh...Bahot hard hota hai ek partner ke liye... marrying a woman with all her flaws (He does a lot for me. It's really hard for a partner to marry a woman with all her flaws)."
Rocky quickly pointed at Hina and said, "If flaws look like this then I will marry her 10 more times." This made an emotional Hina blush. His response also earned applause from host Sonali Bendre and others.

The couple first met on the sets of Hina's show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and had been dating for 13 years before tying the knot. They got married in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on June 4, 2025.
In June 2024, Hina had revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage-3 breast cancer in an emotional Instagram post. The actress thanked her fans and well-wishers for their unwavering support during the challenging time and she continues to share her journey with them.
