Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal clocked 10 years in the film industry on Thursday. As he celebrated the 10th anniversary of his debut film, Masaan, he penned a note of gratitude for all his fans and audience, and for those who gave him the opportunities to prove his mettle.
"It's been a decade! So much to learn, so much to grow... Thank you for everything (sic)," he wrote.
He also quoted a line from Masaan: "Musafir hain hum bhi, musafir ho tum bhi...Kisi mod par phir mulaqat hogi (sic)."
Along with the note, Vicky shared some unseen behind-the-scenes photos from the sets of Masaan, featuring co-star Shweta Tripathi, director Neeraj Ghaywan, and others.

About Masaan
Masaan, which released in 2015, also starred Richa Chadha. The film revolved around two parallel storylines set around the ghats of Varanasi. While Vicky and Shweta's characters fall in love transcending boundaries of caste and class, tragedy strikes them, sending the former into retrospection. On the other hand, Richa puts up a fight against the social stigma surrounding pre-marital sexual relationships in a middle-class society.
The film was produced by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, and the screenplay was by Varun Grover. Despite not being a box office hit, the film achieved a respectable status over the years, and is still known as one of Vicky's finest works, despite him having done a huge number of films now.
