Salman Khan always wins hearts with his kindness. This time, the Bollywood superstar stepped in to support his longtime body double, Parvez Kazi, after he fell ill amid the ongoing shoot of Khan's upcoming film with Nayanthara and director Vamshi Paidipally. The health scare occurred on August 6, when Kazi began feeling unwell at home and subsequently underwent minor surgery.
Salman Khan Takes Charge Of Body Double's Treatment After Heart Surgery
Parvez’s manager told India Today that Salman personally took charge of the situation and ensured that Kazi received the necessary treatment and medical care. Piyush revealed that Salman immediately stepped in after learning about Kazi’s condition and handled everything, including his treatment. He said Salman was “right there with us” and made sure that Kazi received all the medical attention he needed.

"Salman sir treats Parvez sir, like a younger brother and helped immediately," the manager said, adding that Kazi is now "absolutely fine" and has been advised to rest for a few days before returning to work. Piyush further revealed that Parvez is recovering well and is expected to be back on set soon.
Salman Khan To Do Own Stunts
Earlier reports stated that Salman took on a larger portion of the action sequences himself after his body double, Parvez, fell ill. The actor has often been known for performing his own stunts, and sources close to the production reportedly claimed that he was keen to keep the shoot moving despite the unexpected disruption.
Salman's upcoming action film with producer Dil Raju has reportedly been titled Monster. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the pan-India project also stars Nayanthara and is targeting an Eid 2027 release.
Meanwhile, from September, Salman Khan will return as the host of the 20th season of Bigg Boss Hindi. The actor is also awaiting the release of Maatrubhumi, which stars him alongside Chitrangda Singh.
