Tamil actor Ravi Mohan, formerly known as Jayam Ravi, made headlines in 2024 when he announced his divorce from his wife, Aarti Ravi, after 15 years of marriage. Following the announcement, rumours about an affair between Jayam and singer Kenishaa Francis surfaced, although both parties denied the claims. However, the actor recently sparked relationship rumours once again when he was spotted with Kenishaa at a wedding in Chennai, where they were seen arriving together and even twinning in golden outfits.
Ravi and Kenishaa attended producer Ishari Ganesh's daughter's wedding in Chennai on Friday, marking their first public appearance together. In a video shared by a paparazzo, the duo was seen sitting together on a couch at the wedding, while several guests approached them. They greeted everyone with a smile, further fueling the ongoing relationship rumours.

Kenishaa, who is also a spiritual healer, stated in an old interview that Ravi was one of her clients, amid rumours suggesting she played a role in the split between Ravi and Aarti.
In an interview with DT Next, she revealed that Ravi reached out to her in June 2024, when he was "mentally and emotionally bruised and battered" from his marriage to Aarti. She mentioned that he had already sent a mutual consent divorce notice through his lawyer and sought her help as he didn't want anyone in Chennai to be aware of the situation.
The singer also stated that she shared a professional relationship with Jayam and clarified that there has not been any physical involvement as they are aware of their boundaries.
According to Mathrubhumi, Kenishaa first met Ravi Mohan during one of his Goa vacations with friends, where they bonded quickly.
