Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi season 2 started airing on Star Plus on July 29, 2025. In the first episode, while we got to see the old characters like Mihir, Tulsi, Karan, Nandini, Shobha, and others, some new characters like Paridhi, Angad, and Hrithik were also introduced. On Tuesday, we saw that the whole family had come together to celebrate the 38th wedding anniversary of Mihir and Tulsi.
In the second episode, on July 30, Mihir (Amar Upadhyay) enters the party wearing a wonderful outfit, and he looks very fit and young. The whole family starts praising his look, and he reveals that the outfit was selected by Tulsi.
Meanwhile, Tulsi (Smriti Irani) is struggling to fit into the blouse that she had decided to wear at the party, as she has gained weight. Paridhi (Shagun Sharma) tells Tulsi that she takes care of everyone in the house, but doesn’t take care of herself.
Tulsi wears another saree and comes to the party. While everyone is shocked to see that she is not wearing a new saree, Mihir happily holds her hand.
When they are about to cut the cake at the party, Angad (Rohit Suchanti) calls Tulsi and, in a panicked voice, tells her to come to a place. Tulsi reaches a police station where she sees Angad with the cops. She gets shocked to see Angad in such a state. But, later it is revealed that he and his friend met with an accident in which they damaged a traffic island. However, after talking to the cops, Tulsi takes Angad home.
Later, Mihir tells Tulsi that he wants Paridhi to meet his friend’s son for the marriage. However, Paridhi doesn’t meet him and goes into her room. Tulsi follows Paridhi to the room and asks her what the issue is with just meeting the guy, even if she doesn’t want to get married.
Paridhi reveals that she likes someone, and the guy is not from their class. This leaves Tulsi shocked!
