Jhanak starring Hina Nawab and Krushal Ahuja has been ruling the TRP charts. The show, which started in 2023, is being loved by the audiences. A few days ago, there were reports that the makers are planning a leap and new cast will be seen in the show. However, the leap was cancelled and currently Hiba and Krushal are only playing the lead roles. While the show is getting a great response, netizens are slamming the makers due to a video from the sets that has gone viral on social media.
So, according to the storyline of the show, Arshi (Chandni Sharma) is pregnant and she meets with an accident. She is rushed to the hospital and there she delivers the baby. Now, Chandni took to Instagram story to share a video from the sets in which she is lying on the bed of the hospital and crew is putting colour on a baby.
However, netizens are very upset with the makers of the show and they are slamming them. A netizen shared the video, tagged Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and wrote, "How is this allowed to happen in any set? #Jhanak Please take action @MIB_India @StarPlus @LeenaGanguli how insensible and irresponsible as usual!"
Another X user wrote, "Truly disgusted by this production house. Why don’t you take action? Toxicity to another level. Using real babies knowing how sensitive their skin is. They need to ban this production house from further investing in any channel. Disaster! #Jhanak."
However, the makers later took to Instagram, to reveal that it was a silicone baby. They posted another video from a different angle and wrote, "The Magic of Life Unfolds… with a Silicon Baby! In Magic Moments’ Jhanak, technology meets storytelling in the most fascinating way! Sometimes, silicon makes life simpler, bringing a whole new dimension to the narrative." Well, in the first video which was shared by Chandni on Insta story, the baby looked very real. But, as now the makers have given a clarification, let's hope that netizens are no more upset with them.
