After a theatrical release, the film received a great response from viewers and critics. Fans loved its high-octane action and powerful performances. Those who want to watch the film and missed it in theatres can catch it on OTT in June 2025.

When and where to watch Jaat?

According to Binged, the film is set to be released on Netflix starting from June 5, 2025. It will be available in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil languages. The film explores themes of justice, resilience, power, corruption and struggle. However, both filmmakers and the OTT platform are yet to make the official announcement of the OTT release date.

Storyline

The plot of the film revolves around Brigadier Baldev Pratap Singh from the Jatt Regiment, who discovers a ruthless individual named Ranatunga. This man brutally kills anyone who stands in his way, spreading terror throughout the village. Brig. Baldev warns Ranatunga to cease his criminal activities and allow the villagers to live in peace. However, when Ranatunga challenges him to make him stop and threatens to kill him, the situation escalates. The film highlights the pride and spirit of the Jaat community, while also addressing themes of honour, justice, and the necessity for rebellion against unjust authority.

The film features Sunny Deol as Brig. Baldev Pratap Singh, Regina Cassandra as Bharathi, Randeep Hooda as Ranatunga, Vineet Kumar Singh as Somulu, Saiyami Kher as SI Vijaya Lakshmi, Jagapathi Babu as Sathya Moorthy, Zarina Wahab as Amma, and P. Ravi Shankar as Central Minister, among others.

The film is directed and written by Gopichand Malineni, Gavireddy and Kundan Pandey. It is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar, Umesh Kumar Bansal, and T. G. Vishwa Prasad under Mythri Movie Makers, People Media Factory, and Zee Studios.
