Earlier, in an exclusive conversation with The Free Press Journal, Harshvardhan was asked if he had expected Sanam Teri Kasam to receive such a positive response. He said, "Actors are not logical people. I don’t fall for logical explanations. Actors are mostly logic less dreamers and dream anyways is logic less. So, I screamed and I started requesting my producer without any logic that please re-release, and 7th (February) was the logic less date because so many films were releasing. So, as an actor, I am allowed to be a dreamer. So, not expectations, but I had a gut feeling."

On the work front, Harshvardhan was last seen in The Miranda Brothers, alongside Meezaan Jafri and Jeniffer Piccinato. The film premiered in 2024, it was directed and written by Sanjay Gupta.
