Actor Fardeen Khan made his debut with Prem Aggan in 1998 and made a remarkable comeback in showbiz with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar after a 14-year hiatus. Recently, the actor revealed that filming for All The Best: Fun Begins was a 'difficult' experience for him as he started shooting for the movie just a week after his father, Feroz Khan’s passing.

Reflecting on the emotional challenge, Fardeen told Mashable India, Fardeen wrote, "It was supposed to start at a certain time, but my father was really ill. Then my father passed obviously, and I started shooting for this movie a week after he passed.

"So it was particularly hard. I had to just shut down parts of myself and just try and be funny. All credit to Ajay and Rohit, they were very, very considerate. I got through this movie, but it was hard," he added.

All The Best featured Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Bipasha Basu, Johny Lever, Sanjay Mishra and Mugdha Godse, among others.

Further, Fardeen talked about the challenges he has been facing after making his comeback to acting. He admitted that he is still trying to catch up, acknowledging that the audience has changed and called it as a "whole new landscape."

He added, "Some of them are familiar with a few of my works like Heyy Baby, No Entry and All The Best. There are some films that have been telecast very often on television but Gen Z’s tastes are completely different."

On the work front, after returning to acting with the web series Heeramandi, the actor starred in two more films, Khel Khel Mein and Visfot.
