The XAT Administration has announced an extension for the registration date for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) for the 2025 academic year. Candidates interested in applying can do so online via the official XAT website at xatonline.in. The new registration deadline is December 10, 2024.

To register online, candidates should follow these steps:
1. Visit the official XAT website at xatonline.in.
2. Click on the registration link and provide your name, email ID, contact information, and create a password.
3. You will receive a system-generated email/message.
4. Verify your email by clicking the link included, then continue with the application process.
5. After entering your details, double-check them for accuracy and click submit.
6. Once submitted, download the confirmation page and keep a printed copy for your records.
The application fee is ₹2,200. Candidates applying for XLRI programs will need to pay an additional fee of ₹200 for each program. Indian candidates applying for PGDM (GM) through GMAT/GRE must pay ₹2,500, while NRI and foreign candidates applying for one or more programs via GMAT will incur a fee of ₹5,000. Payment for the registration fee can be made using debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, or cash cards/mobile wallets.
The XAT exam is scheduled for Sunday, January 5, 2025. The examination consists of two parts: Part I includes sections on Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (VA & LR), Decision Making (DM), and Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation (QA & DI), while Part II covers General Knowledge (GK).
