UGC NET 2022: Exams start on July 8; NTA releases lists of candidates eligible for 2020-2021 fellowships

The combined UGC-NET cycles for December 2021 and June 2022 are 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 in July 2022 and 12, 13, and 14 in August 2022.

An official was informed on Saturday that the dates for the University Grants Commission (UGC)-National Eligibility Test (NET) have been announced for July and August of this year. The combined UGC-NET cycles for December 2021 and June 2022 are 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 in July 2022 and 12, 13, and 14 in August 2022.

"The dates for the conduct of UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycles are 08, 09, 11, 12 July 2022 and 12, 13, and 14 August 2022. The detailed date sheet will be uploaded soon on http://nta.ac.in and https://ugcnet.nta.nic Best wishes to all the applicants," UGC Chairperson M Jagadesh Kumar tweeted.

The list of applicants who have passed the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) exam for 2020-2021 and qualified for the Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority Students (MANF), National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste Students (NFSC), and National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes (NFOBC) has been made public by the National Testing Agency (NTA). On the NTA and UGC websites, nta.ac.in and ugcnet.nta.nic.in, candidates can view the list of UGC NET 2020–2021 fellowships.

On the NFSC and NFOBC fellowship lists, information about UGC NET candidates, including their roll number and application number, is mentioned. However, in addition to the candidates' roll number and application number, the UGC NET MANF fellowship list also includes the minorities religions of the applicants. Students must pass the UGC NET exam in order to qualify for these fellowships.

Candidates can examine the UGC NET 2020–21 fellowship list for MANF, NFSC, and NFOBC fellowships by following the instructions provided below.

Visit the NTA website at nta.ac.in or the UGC NET 2022 website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Click on the link that reads "Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority Students,"

"National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste Students," or "National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes," depending on your preference, under the public notice area.

On the screen will come the UGC NET fellowship list according to preference.

To swiftly search the list, press Ctrl + F to open the search option, then type the candidate's roll number or application number.
