IDBI Recruitment 2025: The official notification for the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has been out now on the official website of IDBI at idbibank.in. This recruitment aims to fill three vacancies on a contract basis. The posts are Chief Economist, Head - Data Analytics, and Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Channels). Candidates can send their applications to rec.experts@idbi.co.in till March 26, 2025.
According to the official notice, If applicants are proven ineligible, their candidature will be withdrawn at any phase of the recruitment procedure. If an applicant passes the hiring procedure but is later shown to be ineligible, their candidature will be revoked, and if appointed, their services will be terminated without warning or compensation.

IDBI Recruitment 2025: Selection process
The selection procedure includes preliminary screening, shortlisting, and a personal interview. The shortlisting procedure will be done using the qualifying criteria, applicants' qualifications, experience/suitability, and other variables that are relevant.
IDBI Recruitment 2025: Leave policy
The appointment comes with an annual leave entitlement that comprises 12 days of Casual Leave (CL) every calendar year, as well as 15 days of leave per year. If the contract commences in the middle of the year, leave entitlements will be granted pro rata. However, unused leave cannot be encashed or carried forward.
