Former Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, was born on September 21, 1954. He is known for being the longest-serving Prime Minister of the country. Apart from being the Prime Minister, he served as the President of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) twice and as the Chief Cabinet Secretary.

Shinzo Abe was assassinated on Friday, July 8, when he was delivering a speech in Nara.

Abe had graduated with a Bachelor's degree in political science from Seikei University, in 1977. Before his graduation, he had gone to Seikei Elementary School and Seikei Junior and Senior High School. After his graduation, he moved to the United States to study public policy at the USC Price School of Public Policy, then known as University of Southern California's School of Policy, Planning, and Development. He studied public policy for three semesters.
