CBSE Board Class 12 Physics Exam Today; Know Paper Pattern, Important Guidelines

CBSE Board Class 12 Physics Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is scheduled to begin the Class 12 Physics exam today, February 21. Students must bring their CBSE admit card along with valid ID proof on the day of the examination.

CBSE Board Class 12 Physics Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is scheduled to begin the Class 12 Physics exam today, February 21. The CBSE Class 12 Physics paper will start at 10:30 am and will conclude at 1:30 pm. Students must bring their CBSE admit card along with valid ID proof on the day of the examination.

As per the CBSE 2024-25 sample paper, the Physics question paper will have 30 compulsory questions, which will be split into five sections (A to E). The total marks will be 70, and students will get 3 hours to attempt the question paper.

CBSE Board Class 12 Physics Exam Question Paper Pattern:

The question paper will contain 20 per cent of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), 30 per cent competency-based questions like MCQs, case-based questions, and source-based integrated questions, and 50 per cent short and long answer questions.

CBSE Board Class 12 Physics Exam Important Guidelines

Students are advised to read the instructions provided on the CBSE Class 12 admit card carefully and adhere to them. Also, the answer booklet and question paper might have specific instructions, so the first page of both the booklet and the paper must be checked carefully before attempting to answer the questions.

Candidates are required to report to their assigned examination centers at least 30 minutes prior to the designated time. The examination will commence at 10:30 AM, and candidates who report late will not be permitted into the examination hall once the gates have been shut.

Candidates should bring their own pens, pencils, erasers, and other stationery that they need. Calculators and any electronic items are forbidden within the examination hall.
