BPSC Mains Exam Date 2025: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) on Wednesday released the exam date sheet for the 70th Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Mains. According to the notification, the BPSC CCE 70th Mains 2024 exams will be conducted between April 25 and April 30, 2025. Candidates who are going to appear for the BPSC Mains Exam 2025 can check and download the schedule at bpsc.bihar.gov.in.
The BPSC CCE 70th Mains exam registration process will begin on February 21 and conclude on March 17. Candidates who have passed the BPSC CCE 70th prelims exam will appear for the mains exams.
The BPSC mains exam will have four papers including:
- General Hindi
- General Studies Paper 1
- General Studies Paper 2
- Optional subject paper.
Candidates will be chosen through their performance in the mains exam after they go through an interview round.
This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 2035 vacant seats in the various administrative posts such as Bihar Administrative Service, Bihar Police Service, and others.
Candidates Demand Cancellation and Re-Conduction of 70th Prelims Exam
The BPSC CCE Prelims exam was held on December 13, 2024, has come under fire for an allegation of question paper leak. Patna has been witnessing protests as candidates are seeking cancellation and re-conducting of the 70th Preliminary Examination. The Gardanibagh and Mussallahpur Hall were witness to protests, where students and teachers chanted slogans against the BPSC and the government. The protesters are demanding the cancellation of the 70th Prelims exam and to conduct it again.
