New Delhi: ShopClues, India’s first and largest managed marketplace announces the launch of a one-of-its-kind initiative, the peer to peer merchant discussion forum, “Sellers Club”.

The interactive platform seeks to create a vibrant online community where ShopClues sellers can get access to all vital information related to setting up, managing and growing their online stores on the marketplace.

Merchants can post queries and get answers related to managing their e-store. They can even create new threads in the forum, respond to the queries of fellow merchants and offer support to the other community members.

Radhika Aggarwal, Co-founder and CBO, ShopClues said, “Merchants often need help and support from experts and others in their community on the best ways to leverage the ShopClues platform and tap into the unlimited market potential that e-commerce in India offers.”

“With the Sellers Club, we wish to create a space where sellers can interact with their peers in the trade and support and guide each other so that together the ShopClues merchant community can grow to become the most robust and successful seller base in the country,” added Radhika.

Merchants can seek answers to queries related to launching and maintaining an online store, uploading product images, updating the product catalogue and inventory. They can also initiate discussions on the best ways to fulfill orders and learn about the ShopClues payment cycle.

The sellers club forum is the latest of a string of activities and campaigns that the marketplace has undertaken for the benefit of its large seller base and to encourage other vendors to sell through its highly popular and lucrative platform.
