Entigrity, a leading offshore staffing company, announced a new COVID Support Policy for its employees. Under the new policy, the offshore staffing company will give twelve months salary to the families of employees who have lost the battle to COVID. The company will also provide children education support up to graduation level

Shalin Parikh, President and CEO, Entigrity Group, said, “ With the new policy we extend our support to our employee and we hope that it would work as a relief for the bereaved family members in the time of grief and uncertainty.”

In order to support its people amid the second wave of COVID-19, Entigrity is taking care of the hospitalization expenses through a group Mediclaim policy for all employees and their families. Seeing the oxygen shortage for patients, the offshore staffing firm is also planning to buy oxygen concentrators for the employees and their families.

Entigrity is working on a plan to start post COVID health counselling, especially for mental wellbeing. The company has set up an in-house gym and recreation area to motivate people to adopt a healthy lifestyle and stay fit.
