New Shares Listed On BSE, CUPID Breweries Expands Equity Base

CUPID Breweries and Distilleries Limited will start trading 5.1 crore new shares on BSE from May 29, 2025. These shares were issued at Rs 60 each and include specific lock-in periods.

Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has approved the listing of 5,10,23,002 new equity shares of CUPID Breweries and Distilleries Limited. The trading will begin on Thursday, May 29, 2025. These shares have a face value of Rs 10 each and were issued at a premium of Rs 50, making the total issue price Rs 60 per share.

The shares were allotted on April 11, 2025, to both promoter and non-promoter investors through a preferential issue. These new shares are fully paid-up and will rank equally with the existing shares of the company. The ISIN for the shares remains unchanged: INE108G01010.

There is a lock-in period for certain shares. A total of 87,66,196 shares are locked-in until November 30, 2025. Another 2,60,42,758 shares are locked-in until November 29, 2026. The final set of 1,62,14,048 shares is locked-in until November 29, 2025.

These changes will help the company strengthen its capital base and support future growth plans.
