Motherson Sumi purchases remaining stock of JV from Austria-based partner for Rs 110 crore

Motherson Sumi has acquired the 50 per cent stake from its partner F Holdings GmbH.

According to an exchange filing, Motherson Sumi has acquired the 50 per cent stake from its partner F Holdings GmbH, Austria in a joint venture Fritzmeier Motherson Cabin Engineering.

This makes FMCE a wholly owned subsidiary of Motherson Sumi for a consideration of Rs 110.7 crore.
