Kaynes Technology Revenue Rises 33% To ₹3,626 Crore, Q4 PAT Declines 22%

For the full financial year FY26, Kaynes Technology reported consolidated revenue of Rupees 3,626.4 crore, registering a 33.2 percent rise over Rupees 2,721.8 crore in FY25. EBITDA climbed 39.8 percent to Rupees 574.1 crore, while full-year profit after tax increased 24 percent to Rupees 363.9 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 15.8 percent from 15.1 percent in FY25.

Mumbai: Kaynes Technology India Limited reported a 26.2 percent year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue to Rupees 1,242.6 crore in Q4 FY26, driven by continued demand across electronics manufacturing and IoT-enabled solutions businesses. However, quarterly profit after tax declined 21.5 percent to Rupees 91.2 crore from Rupees 116.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, impacted by margin compression and higher operating costs.

Revenue Growth Remains Strong

The company’s EBITDA for the March quarter increased 15.4 percent year-on-year to Rupees 193.7 crore, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 15.6 percent from 17.1 percent in Q4 FY25. PAT margin also contracted to 7.3 percent compared with 11.8 percent a year ago.

OSAT Facility Begins Commercial Operations

The company highlighted that its newly inaugurated OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) facility in Sanand, Gujarat, has commenced commercial operations within 14 months of groundbreaking. The facility was inaugurated in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and senior government officials.

Kaynes also said its HDI PCB manufacturing unit is nearing operational readiness, which is expected to improve execution visibility and support scalable growth across high-value electronics manufacturing segments.

Order Book Provides Visibility

Executive Vice Chairman and Promoter Ramesh Kunhikannan said the company’s order book stood at over Rupees 8,000 crore at the end of FY26, providing strong revenue visibility. The company continues to see healthy customer engagement and increasing demand across sectors, including automotive, aerospace, industrial electronics, electric vehicles, and strategic electronics.

Kaynes further strengthened its governance framework during the year through the appointment of former ISRO scientist Dr. M. Annadurai and industry veteran Rajesh Mittal as Independent Directors.
