JSW Steel acquires 31% stake in Ranchi-based startup Ayena Innovations

The move for diversification has been completed through its arm JSW Steel Coated Products.

As per a regulatory filing, JSW Steel has acquired a 31 per cent stake in Ranchi-based startup Ayena Innovation.

The move completed through its arm JSW Steel Coated Products, will increase the firm's presence in the galvanised products market.
