ITC allots 13,13,260 shares to its employees for their stock options

According to an exchange filing, FMCG major ITC has allotted 13,13,260 ordinary shares worth Rs 1 each to employees to exercised their stock options.

Post this issue, the paid up share capital of ITC has gone up to Rs 1242,03,91,451 till date.
