Dar Credit and Capital IPO Details

This IPO is a book-built issue with a fresh issue of 4.27 million equity shares. It does not include any offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The price band for the IPO is Rs 57-60 per share, and the lot size is 2,000 shares. To apply for a minimum of 2,000 shares, retail investors would need ₹1,20,000 at the upper end of the price range.

Grey Market Premium (GMP)
