Crisil upgrades DLF's long-term rating to stable from positive

According to an exchange filing, financial research agency Crisil has upgraded real estate major DLF's long term rating to AA (stable) from AA- (positive).

This means that risks associated with it are lower and DLF has higher sales booking, adequate cashflow and more launches in the pipeline.

DLF has also displayed the ability to deleverage and be financially flexible.
