Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a Demat Auction under Rolling Settlement No. DR-644/2025-26. This auction will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Trading members of the exchange are invited to submit their offers to buy the listed securities. This auction is organized by Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. (ICCL).

The auction process will run in multiple sessions. From 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., trading members can enter their auction offers using their trading terminals. The matching of these offers will take place from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A delivery statement and a report of accepted offers will be available between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The money statement and final reports will be provided from 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The pay-in of securities for this auction is scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians must ensure their securities are delivered within the depository's cut-off time.

It is important for trading members to note that with the new Uniform Membership structure, all settlements will go through a clearing member. Earlier, members were not allowed to offer in auctions for securities they had short-delivered. This restriction has now been removed.

Members must be careful while entering security codes and prices, as no corrections will be allowed after submission. The Exchange has the authority to accept or reject offers without giving any reason.

Before placing offers, trading members should check the cut-off rates and any corporate action notices such as rights issues, bonuses, or stock splits.
