BSE Announces Demat Auction For Settlement DR-653, Offers Invited From Trading Members

BSE will conduct a demat auction on June 18, 2025, for settlement DR-653. Trading members can place offers through terminals. Pay-in for accepted bids will happen on June 19. Members must follow timing and rate rules strictly.

Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has announced a demat auction under Rolling Settlement DR-653 for the year 2025-26. This auction will take place on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Trading members of the exchange are invited to send their offers to buy securities that were short-delivered.

The auction will happen in different sessions during the afternoon. Offers can be entered between 2:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. These offers will then be matched from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. After this, a delivery statement will be issued between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., and the money report will be ready by 5:30 p.m.

The securities pay-in will take place the next day, Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members must make sure their pay-in is done on time and correctly.

Trading members should be very careful when entering the security code and rate, as no changes will be allowed after submission. BSE also reminds members to check corporate action notices related to the securities, such as rights or bonus issues.

This auction is conducted by the Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. under the BSE platform.
