BOBCARD Limited Lists New Commercial Paper, BSE Admits Trading From May 27

BOBCARD Limited’s new Commercial Paper worth Rs 5 lakh each is now listed on BSE’s Debt Segment. It was allotted on May 26 and will mature on August 25, 2025, with strong credit ratings.

Mumbai: BOBCARD Limited has listed a new Commercial Paper (CP) on the BSE Debt Segment as of May 27, 2025. This financial instrument, issued through private placement, is now available for trading. Each CP has a face value of Rs 5,00,000, and a total of 1,500 units have been issued. The CPs are issued at a price of Rs 4,91,954 each, with full payment already made.

These securities will be traded in a minimum lot size of one unit (Rs 5 lakhs) and only in dematerialised form. The scrip has been assigned the code 729484, with the Scrip ID BL260525, and the detailed name BL-25-8-25-CP. The ISIN for these papers is INE027214837. BOBCARD’s CPs carry strong credit ratings of CRISIL A1+ and IND A1+, showing a high level of safety.
