New Delhi, August 6, 2026: Bajaj Electricals Ltd on Thursday reported a consolidated profit of Rs 48.38 crore in the June quarter. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 0.91 crore in the April–June period a year ago, Bajaj Electricals said in a regulatory filing.
Bajaj Electricals' revenue from operations was up 2.32 per cent to Rs 1,089.36 crore in the June quarter. It was Rs 1,064.59 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Bajaj Electricals' total expenses during the quarter were down 2.53 per cent to Rs 1,058.52 crore.
Revenue Growth Across Segments
Its revenue from consumer products was up 1.65 per cent to Rs 820.39 crore in the June quarter. It was Rs 807 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY26.
Its revenue from lighting solutions was up 4.41 per cent to Rs 268.97 crore during the quarter. Total income, which includes other income, of Bajaj Electricals was Rs 1,114.98 crore, up 1.83 per cent in the June quarter.
Management Commentary
Commenting on the results, Managing Director and CEO Sanjay Sachdeva said, "Consumer products returned to growth with a positive EBIT margin of 3.9 per cent, reflecting the benefits of our strategic actions, margin expansion, and operating leverage."
"While lighting solutions sustained its momentum with 4.4 per cent growth on a strong base, our EBIT margins are at a healthy 6.6 per cent, driven by disciplined execution and pricing agility. These results reinforce our confidence in the strength of our portfolio and our ability to deliver sustainable, profitable growth going forward," Sachdeva added.
