According to an exchange filing, Aditya Birla Capital has granted 1,65,434 restricted units to eligible employees as stock options for Rs 10 per share.
It has also granted 3,28,321 stock options for Rs 144.95 per unit, and 1,05,649 performance stock units for Rs 10 each.
