Seoni Malwa records 75 mm rainfall

Due to the heavy rain, water overflowed from the top of the bridge when Ganjal River was in spate in Shivpur Kartana route.

Seoni Malwa (Madhya Pradesh): Due to heavy downpour on Tuesday, the water level in rivers in the Seoni Malwa block rose considerably. Due to which traffic in the surrounding rural areas was obstructed from Narmadapuram district headquarters. The rivers coming from the same Satpura hill area were brimming throughout the day.

Indian river of village Barakhad Kalan of development block was overflowing. Both the banks of the Kandeli river that originates in the middle of the city were flooded. Due to the heavy rain, water overflowed from the top of the bridge when Ganjal River was in spate in Shivpur Kartana route.

Due to which Shivpur Kartana route remained closed. The faces of farmers blossomed due to the first heavy rain in the area. Because farmers have sown soybean, maize crops in their fields. They also needed water. Seoni Malwa recorded 75.00 mm of rainfall on July 5. From June 1, till now, there has been a total rainfall of 190.00 mm.
