Nasrullaganj (Madhya Pradesh): The Nasrullaganj police on Thursday arrested a man for registering a false complaint wherein he had fabricated a false story and alleged attempt on his friend's life. On July 4, Nasrullaganj police received information from the government hospital that Vinay Singh Yaduvanshi, aged 29, was taken to hospital for treatment by his partner Shamsher Yaduvanshi in an injured condition. The injured youth has a gunshot injury on the back. Due to the serious condition of the injured, the doctor referred him to Bhopal.
Shamsher told the family of injured Vinay and the police that on the day of the incident at about 8 pm, Shamsher, Vinay, Mayank, and others were standing outside Utsav Dhaba located on Chhidgaon Ladkui Main Road.
Four people came in a white car and fired from a pistol with the intention of killing an unknown person, due to which Vinay was shot in the back. Shamsher, who contested the panchayat election, expressed the possibility of poll rivalry, on the report of the brother of injured Vimal Yaduvanshi, the case was registered under Section 307 IPC against the unknown accused. As the incident seemed suspicious to police, the people present on the spot were questioned who revealed the truth.
The main accused in the case, Shamsher alias Sheru Singh Shamsher, was having a party at dhaba of his uncle Ramkishore, while standing outside the dhaba, Shamsher took out a pistol and aimed towards his companions, during this time Shamsher fired from that pistol towards Vinay and the bullet hit Vinay Yaduvanshi. Shamsher immediately hid the gun and narrated a fabricated story to mislead the police.
