Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Mohan Yadav held a meeting with the members of Parliament from the state in New Delhi on Wednesday.
After the meeting, Yadav hosted a dinner for the MPs. At the meeting, they discussed the issues of their constituencies with the chief minister.
The MPs sought the state government's cooperation for development work in their respective constituencies.
The problems the state is facing because of the West Asia war and the troubles in the procurement of wheat also figured in the meeting, which also discussed the shortage of LPG cylinders.
According to sources, a few MPS put up the issues related to legislators before the chief minister.
Political appointments discussed
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and BJP's state unit president Hemant Khandelwal went to Delhi with a list containing the names of those who are likely to get political appointments, which will be made after the central leadership's approval.
Both leaders discussed the political appointments in the state with the central leadership. The political appointments will be made in corporations, boards, commissions, and authorities this month.
