Madhya Pradesh: Training for aspiring army Agniveers begins in Bhopal

The training is being imparted by national and international trainers.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A physical efficiency training has begun at TT Nagar Stadium here for candidates who aspire to join army as Agniveers and have applied for the same, a notice issued by MP Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare stated.

Besides, the training is being held for those who wish to join police and paramilitary forces as constables and sub inspectors and have applied for the same.

The training is being imparted by national and international trainers in physical disciplines like running, high jump, long jump, shot-put throw etc to test candidates’ physical stamina.

In the previous years, similar training resulted in the selection of many candidates and the same is expected this year too, said an official of the directorate.

As per notification, interested candidates can get admission by getting membership form from TT Nagar stadium office and submit it along with prescribed fee.
