Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A shocking incident was reported in Jabalpur where a man allegedly raped his 14 year old daughter. When the minor reached the medical college complaining of severe stomach pain, the examination revealed that she was four months pregnant.
The hospital management was shocked by the discovery and immediately arranged for an abortion due to the minor's age and the critical condition. As per legal procedure, the hospital also informed the local police about the situation.
During interrogation by police officials a shocking revelation came out.
The victim told the police officials that she was forced to have physical relations by her father. Her father would threaten her and would rape her. This all started in January. The girl kept num as she feared her father. Recently, when she felt discomfort and went for a check-up, she was shocked to know about her pregnancy.
The police have registered a case against her father under the POCSO Act and strict section of Indian Penal Code (BNS). The Police have started a search operation to find the accused father.

A man was convicted by Bhopal court for raping his 12-year-old niece. The court sentenced him to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh as said by officials.
