Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A giant python was spotted hunting a fox in the forest area of Madhya Pradesh's Panna district on Monday.
A video from the forest shows the python holding the fox in its grip and hunting it near the bushes in the forest during broad daylight.
The snake can be seen tightly holding and hunting the fox as it slowly moves through the area.
The unusual sight has left people curious and shocked, with many stopping to watch the rare moment of nature in action.

According to information, the incident took place in Shah Nagar forest area of Madhya Pradesh, near the Marha forest post.
The video was shared on social media by Janpad member Arvind Singh, who also informed the Forest Department.
Local people have asked the Forest Department to reach the spot, rescue the python safely and release it in a deeper part of the forest.
During the rainy season, snakes and other wild animals often come out of their usual hiding places in search of food or safer ground.
Such rare sights can be both fascinating and a reminder to stay careful near forest areas.

Around two weeks ago, an aggressive fight was witnessed between a mother hen and a venomous snake after the reptile entered a scrapyard in Madhya Pradesh's Seoni and tried to hunt her chicks.
