Bhopal: Women killed in two separate road mishaps

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): In two separate road accidents, two women had lost their lives, police said on Saturday. One morning walker and another going to her house at night were killed by reckless drivers.

Khajuri Sadak police informed the media that Kuntibai Baragi (55) went out for morning walk and met with an accident caused by a four- wheeler on Friday morning.

She was admitted to hospital but in the evening succumbed to her injuries. The police have registered a case on Saturday and have started collecting CCTV footage to trace the killer vehicle.

Another incident was reported in Sukhi Sewaniya, where one Shahida Khanwas was heading towards her village Gadmurra. In between, a speedy biker lost balance and collided with Shahida on June 10.

The police investigated the matter and registered a case under section 304-A of the IPC against the rider and have started a probe, police said on Saturday.
