Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has made changes in rules to minimise the errors in marksheets and admit cards. Students will be issued dummy admit cards and enrollment cards within seven days of the last date to apply for the examination, so that errors can be rectified immediately.
The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has issued several guidelines by issuing the Admission Policy 2022-23. This time the board has issued guidelines by making changes in the application of the board exam form, said the public relations officer of the board, Mukesh Malviya.
The state education board has given instructions that dummy admit cards and enrollment cards are being issued so that any errors can be rectified. The dummy admit card will be downloaded by the school principals and distributed to the students. After making amendments, the principal will have to send the declaration form to the board.
Board officials say that this time there will be no amendment in the admit card nor in the subject at the time of examination. Every year about 18 lakh students appear in the 10th and 12th board exams.
From this session, 10th and 12th students of MP Board will not be able to change the subject right at the time of examination- a facility that was available to the students till the day of the commencement of the examination.
Apart from this, the students joining the schools will be able to enroll in class IX from July 15 to September 30. On the basis of the enrollment of class IX, students will be able to fill the form of class X examination from July 15 to September 30.
After 15th December, a late fee of Rs 10,000 will be charged for filling the examination form.
