Anant Vijay

Anant Vijay, currently with the largest Hindi Daily Dainik Jagran, is a senior journalist, columnist and author with more than two and half decades of journalistic experience. He got the National Award, Swarna Kamal for best writing on Cinema. His Sunday column in Dainik Jagran on Cinema, art and culture is widely read. He has written 14 books across various genres and is the author of the bestselling book Marxwad ka Ardhsatya and Amethi Sangram/ Dynasty To Democracy. His latest book is Over the Top- OTT ka Mayajaal, which won the Kalinga Literary Award. Currently he is working on a book on Kashmir. He also got the prestigious Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Samman, Maharana Mewar Samman & Father Camille Bulcke Award. He is the Vice Chairman of Executive Council of Film and Television Institute, Pune. He was twice the Chairman of National Film Award Jury.
