Moscow: A video from Yekaterinburg, Russia is gaining traction on social media platforms where a mother is seen laying in snow over her 5-year-old son to protect him from the Rottweiler Dog's attack as she bleeds and calls for help. The internet is calling the mother 'brave' for fearlessly wrapping and protecting her son from any attack.
The video was recorded by someone sitting in a car parked opposite to where the woman laid on top of her son to protect her from a Rottweiler breed dog who has a metal band around his neck indicating he has been domesticated.
The dog seems to be barking and growling only at somebody with a shovel who is not seen in the frame but says silent and calm with the lady and the child. The woman has marks on her hands and is seemingly bleeding while she lays on the snow.
Although the X post states the investigation is underway but the actual happenings of the incident are unknown, many people posting the video claim that the Rottweiler dog attacked the lady which led to her bleeding and causing an open fracture while she bravely continues to protect her child from the dog.

While many are questioning the dog's mannerisms, training and owner's responsibility to handle such a situation, some are questioning if owning such breeds should require a license while others argued that the dog seems to be protecting the child and mother rather than being the one attacking them.
