US: Anti-Deportation Protestors Carrying Mexican Flags Attack Man In Los Angeles; Multiple Arrests Were Reported—VIDEO

A viral video shows anti-deportation protestors mob-attacking a man near Los Angeles City Hall on February 7, in response to the Trump administration's deportation orders. One protestor appears to wave a Mexican flag during the assault.

Los Angeles: A video has been going viral on social media platform where anti-deportation protestors are seen mob-attacking a man in the middle of the road. The anti-deportation protests come in line after the deportation of illegal migrants ordered by the Trump administration.

An man was allegedly assaulted near the Los Angeles City Hall in Los Angeles in California on Friday, February 7. A video surfaced where a group of people, sone of them carrying the flag of Mexico, can be seen beating up the victim.

In the video recorded by someone from inside the Los Angeles City Hall, the man is seen running away from the mob that were protesting against the deportation implemented by the Trump administration when a few men held the man started throwing punches at him as he struggled to run pass them but he failed after getting a few blows to face and on the body. The man then fell down and was kicked by several people gathered furiously over him, including men and women.

The crowd had placards and a few of them carried Mexico flags in their hands. It can be seen that during the scuffle and running one of the protestors dropped the Mexico national flag on the ground and others were seen stamping and walking over the flag.

Although the factual reason behind the scuffle and what happened next is not known other than the post mentioning that there were multiple arrests in the case.

The video posted by the X handle (@AnthonyCabassa_) stated that a source who was inside he city hall at the time recorded this video and mentioned all the information about the incident in their recent X post.

People are commenting over the post supporting the deportation move by the US Government saying 'they are only letting us know why they are not needed here' while some showed concern by commenting 'this could only get worse'. Some are also waiting for the official response from the District Attorney over the incident and the protests that are ongoing in US.
