The Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) on Monday released the first visuals of its deadly attack on a Pakistani military convoy in Balochistan Noshki. The Pakistani Army convoy was ambushed on Sunday. The BLA claimed that 90 Pakistani soldiers were killed in the attack. However, Pakistani officials said that five soldiers were killed and 30 others were wounded in the explosion.

BLA's special forces unit, the Majeed Brigade, reportedly carried out the attack. The ambush targeting one of eight buses on the RCD Highway near Rakshan Mill was carried out using a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED), reported The Times of India.

Video Of The Attack Released By Baloch Rebels:

The video shows a massive explosion after the suicide bomber first rammed his motorcycle into one of the buses in the convoy. "After the blast, some other terrorists opened fire on the FC personnel but in the retaliatory firing, two of them were killed. Two civilians and three soldiers also died," the police official said, reported PTI.

Noshki Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Hashim Momand said the blast was of high intensity and injured at least 30 paramilitary soldiers, who have been moved to a hospital for treatment.

It was the second major attack on Pakistani security personnel in a week. In the past, the railway tracks in this area have been attacked by Baloch militants using rockets or remote-controlled bombs, and the BLA claimed responsibility for most of the attacks.

Last week, BLA rebels ambushed the Jaffar Express, carrying 440 passengers, near the mountainous terrain of Gudalar and Piru Kunri in Bolan district on March 11. The BLA claimed to have killed 214 hostages. However, the Pakistani government denied these claims. As per official figures provided by Pakistan, 26 hostages, including 18 soldiers were killed in the Train attack. Meanwhile, 33 BLA rebels were also eliminated, claimed Pakistani officials.
