Indian team captain Rohit Sharma has tested COVID-19 positive in Leicester City, England, and is in quarantine. Only four days are left before the scheduled fifth India-England Test match begins on July 1, and it is not clear if the captain will recover in time to lead the team in Edgbaston.

Now a viral video is doing the rounds on social media in which Sharma's daughter Samaira can be seen giving updates on her dad's health.

In the clip, a person can be heard asking Samaira where her dad is and and his health is. "He is in his room. He has got corona. He is almost positive,” she replies.

The clip was posted by a Twitter user named Krishna Sai along with the caption: "#RohitSharma Daughter #samaira Today at #Leicester How cute she is MY FATHER IS TAKING REST IN THE ROOM GOT #covidpositive @ritssajdeh @ImRo45 #ENGvIND.”
