One of the common problems people encounter during their visit to a foreign country is language. They find it difficult to converse with locals because not everyone understands or opens up in English. A German tourist who was in Kerala for a vacation, shared she knew the local language. She dropped a video of talking to her Uber driver in Malayalam, leaving him stunned.
The video of the German woman, Klara, and the driver has gone viral on social media. It was posted online by her with the caption, "Talking in Malayalam to Uber drivers always gets me a curious reaction, so I thought I’ll film the interaction once". She suggested this wasn't the first time she surprised people with her Malayalam skills.
